The Ministry of Health of Ukraine reports that from 1 January 2025, citizens’ inquiries concerning healthcare matters will be handled by the Ministry of Health “hotline” at 0800-505-201.
In addition, a line at 0800-602-019 will provide advice, as part of the reform of the medical and social expert commissions (MSEK), on the operation of the software “Electronic system for assessing a person’s daily functioning” and on organizational issues of implementing this assessment.
