The Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine, in accordance with subparagraph 1 of paragraph 3 of Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1060 of 22 August 2025 “Some issues of implementing an experimental project on providing adaptation services to certain categories of persons who defended the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and have fully or partially lost their sight”, is the coordinator of the experimental project.
