For patients

Free care under NHSU

In 2026, the Oncology Center has a contract with the National Health Service of Ukraine (NHSU): for patients, it covers 13 packages of medical guarantees. With an e-referral, diagnostics and treatment are free of charge for you — the state pays for them.

What you need for free care

  • E-referral

From the family doctor you have signed a declaration with, or from the specialist who is treating you. The NHSU does not pay for care under a paper referral.

  • When a referral is not needed

In an emergency; for a visit to a specialist who follows you for a chronic condition; for a visit to an obstetrician-gynecologist, psychiatrist, addiction specialist, TB specialist or pediatrician. Your first visit to an oncologist or gynecologic oncologist requires an e-referral.

  • From any region

Free care is not tied to your place of registration or residence — this also applies to internally displaced persons.

Packages for 2026
