All children look forward to Saint Nicholas Day. This kind old wizard is considered the protector of children around the world. In keeping with a good tradition, for the third year in a row the staff of the Sumy Regional Clinical Oncology Center have become Saint Nicholas's helpers and actively take part in greeting the children of the hematologic oncology department of the Regional Children's Hospital.
On 17 December, ahead of the holiday, members of our team gave the young patients currently undergoing treatment sweets, toys, children's craft sets, special nutrition and money for treatment. We thank the entire large and friendly team of the Oncology Center, who made this campaign possible. Every child believes in miracles, and this very faith often helps them recover. The task of adults is to kindle or support this faith in children's hearts.
May all children in our Ukraine be healthy and happy!
